June Vegan Urthbox Review
I first came across these spreads in the Delta Sky Club at the airport a couple months ago. The hummus is not too great, but this black olive tapenade is yummy! It’s a great spread to spice up sandwiches or even just to dip. And look at the ingredient list! It’s nice when you can pronounce everything you’re eating- plus, it’s much easier than making a tapenade yourself.
I love protein packed snacks I can take on the go! It’s important to get protein after working out, but I never want to put too much thought into it. I don’t even make my own protein shakes; I reach for bars instead. This vegan protein shake is chocolatey, delicious, and gets all its proteins from plants. No soy either! It’s definitely a healthier alternative to any bar with milk protein or whey protein powder. (Yes, it is possible to get vegan protein that’s not soy!)
I almost don’t have words for these little edamame snacks. They are salty, satisfying, and high in protein! Black edamame has a distinctive flavor, so if you don’t like regular soybeans, still give these a try. One serving is 1/4 cup and definitely leaves you feeling full and satisfied. Crunch!
Quinoa is just about everywhere. These clusters are a little on the dry side, but contain lots of healthy vitamins and nutrients to keep you full. I think they would also be great on top of smoothie bowls or accompanied with some fresh fruit! Cashews provide healthy fats and quinoa is a fantastic gluten free whole grain.
These dried veggie chips are really interesting! They remind me of Terra Cotta chips- but produced more sustainably and without so much sodium. Dipped in hummus or on their own, these veggie chips definitely satisfy your salty-crunchy craving. My favorite are the green beans.
