This journal is set up as a downloadable interactive PDF or as a printable PDF. You can choose one or both! There is also an added bonus: Susan’s Spotify Gratitude Playlist to inspire you as you count your blessings.
At the bottom of the page you will also have the choice to receive a daily dose of thankful inspiration and little nuggets about the healing power of gratitude. My hope is that your daily gratitude practice will increase your joy and magnify the abundance in your life.

To use this journal as an interactive PDF you will need to download the free, current Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or from your App store to your mobile device. PLEASE NOTE: when you are done journaling each day you must save your entry before you exit the file. It will always ask you to “save as” be sure to keep the same file name each time you save and it will update and replace the previous days entries. If you do not save it everything you have typed will be deleted. If you’re not familiar with interactive PDF’s perhaps you’d be more comfortable printing out the paper version found beneath the interactive version.
Click on the green link below for a printable PDF version of the journal. I designed it to use very little ink but still have that “journal” sort of feel. You may need to reduce the size to 50% before you print, based on your printer.
